Pricing and Availability
- All prices are listed in USD ($) as per our official rate list.
- The highest-value items in our collection are the Luxury and Masterpiece series (Codes 909 and 919), priced at $4800 each.
- Entry-level products start from $160 (Codes 903 and 906).
- We reserve the right to update the Rate List at any time without prior notice.
Ordering and Payment
- Customers must refer to the specific Product Code (e.g., Code 914 or 915) when placing an order to ensure accuracy.
- Full payment must be confirmed before the shipment of high-value items ($400 and above).
Shipping and Handling
- Due to the organic nature of Buffalo Horns, specialized packaging is used to ensure the items arrive without damage.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the horn and the delivery destination.
Refund and Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted if the product received does not match the Code ordered from the official list.
- Items that have been carved, cut, or polished by the customer (Artisan or Starter Kits) are not eligible for return.
